The Costa family has been providing fresh seafood to the lower Cape community since 1976.

Located just off Orleans Center and adjacent to the Bike Trail, Capt'n Elmer's specializes in fresh Cape Cod seafood and lobsters.

In 1976, Capt'n Elmer brought his lifelong knowledge and love of fishing ashore and established Capt'n Elmer's Seafood. The newly built fish market was one of the biggest and brightest markets on Cape Cod and instantly became one of the most popular.

The restaurant has evolved from a little take-out kitchen to a full service restaurant and remains a traditional eating spot on the lower Cape. The spacious dining room, full of fishing and nautical artifacts and photographs, offers a diverse menu full of fresh, local seafood, beef, chicken and pasta. The newly remodeled bar is a comfortable meeting place for old and new friends. Right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, is the new takeout window and outdoor patio for to-go orders. The fish market offers a huge display of fresh fish and shellfish, as well as a variety of dips, sauces, crabcakes and chowders to heat up at home. Lobsters are cooked free to order.
